BLOODGOD is a super dynamic death metal trio from the Netherlands, with super experienced musicians and a great recording on the package of a 5 track mini CD!!!!

These guys have performed with several bands in their country and the band consists of Daan (ex-HYMIR / DECISIVE INTRUSION), Frank (SLAYER tribute band Player / DISQUIET) and Johnny (ex-NUESTROS DERECHOS / AGENTS OF ENTROPY). You can realize on the “Catharsis” (Hellenic word for purity- in plain language it means cleansing!) recording the pure simplicity of the compositions which is an outcome of long time experience, creating songs that make you headbang when you listen to them!!!

As for the songs, death metal spirit cult lyrics, death metal with thrash metal breaks close to the USA style with razor sharp guitars, killer bass lines and a precise yet very staccato skin bansher!!! It’s like a death metal music garden in my ears a mix between NILE, SLAYER, NIGHTFALL and EXHUMATION!!

These guys did a very smart move and hired Mr. Jacob Hansen (this mastermind took care of bands like ABORTED, MERCENARY, VOLBEAT, PESTILENCE etc) and handled the mastering which is groovy, crystal clear and boosted this release!!! (Man, I love the clear sound of the cymbals when the song ends, in one of their tracks, I mean this is a very clear sound!!!!)

So, the guys did the extra mile and offered us a real deal with their merchandise, a very nice logo - nice T-shirts, a super cover artwork on their CD and a hand numbered edition disc ( the number is written on the disc!!) for only 3.99 Euros!!!
