This is the "single edit" version of the
track that will be part of the "Alessio Secondini Morelli's
Hyper-Urania" eponymous album, whose publication is scheduled for April 1,
2022.
"Thunder Baron" is in loving memory of the
great Italian Air Force Meteorologist, Colonel (then General) Andrea Baroni
(R.I.P.)
A television personality whose memory I still keep in
the depths of my heart with love, since I was a child (no less than the great
Edmondo Bernacca).
A man who, with his passion and with his gentlemanly
ways, introduced me to meteorology.
A character with a very interesting and in many ways
adventurous life. Described in the autobiographical book "Il Cavaliere
Delle Rose E Delle Nuvole", which he wrote together with the journalist
Annalisa Venditti.
R.I.P. Colonel (and General) Baroni. Your memory still
flies in the sky together with the Breda Ba.25 you tested at dawn in the skies
of Rome during 1939/1940.
May the Sky's Queens (as you called the clouds)
perpetuate your memory in the troposphere. You who loved them so much.
HYPER-URANIA is the new project of the Roman guitarist
Alessio Secondini Morelli (Anno Mundi, Freddy & The Kruegers), with
cultural-musical roots in the Glorious Traditional '80s Hard & Heavy,
American and British style (Maiden, Priest, Saxon, Savatage, Queensrÿche), to
demonstrate that with the right compositional inspiration the Glorious Heavy
Metal is a living and well-to-do musical genre.
