HOPELESS is an Italian combo that was formed in 2012 and three years later felt ready and decided to release their debut EP bearing the title “Our Declaration of War”. Musically, this trio delivers what we can identify as melodic death metal but since this genre has a broad spectrum and is enriched with different elements, this term alone isn’t enough.

  You may either like MARAUDER or not, but they are definitely worth our respect. They exist in the Greek metal scene from the 90’s and since then they have stayed faithful to what they do and this is no other than playing the music they love which is heavy metal. The year is 2016 and 4 years after their previous album MARAUDER are ready to strike with their 6th studio release which has the simple and yet meaningful title “Bullethead”.

Raff Sangiorgio is a guitarist from Italy and I think that people who are into death metal might already know his band under the name GORY BLISTER. He has already released 6 studio albums with GORY BLISTER and now he felt the need to express himself in a different way without though getting away from his heavy metal roots.

Είναι υπέροχο να ανακαλύπτεις νέους συγγραφείς που έχουν να σου δώσουν κάτι πραγματικά ενδιαφέρον να διαβάσεις. Την Ευρυδίκη Μαντέλη και το βιβλίο της Βολέγκαροι το ανακάλυψα τυχαία σε μια επίσκεψή μου σε μεγάλο βιβλιοπωλείο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Ο τίτλος του βιβλίου μου προκάλεσε το ενδιαφέρον και μόλις διάβασα την περίληψη, είχα ήδη αποφασίσει ότι αυτό θα ήταν το επόμενο ανάγνωσμα για εμένα.

It is really impressive how LONEWOLF have evolved through the years. At the start of their career they were a hidden secret between the underground metal fans. They were a band that through their own music were paying tribute to the great metal band RUNNING WILD. It seems though that LONEWOLF never intended to be tagged as a RUNNING WILD clone since from their first steps they tried to give to their compositions their own personal touch.
