HELPLESS AGONY, an American death metal band from
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, released their debut album "Universal
Deterioration." The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Don Belch
at Preylude Studios in New Oxford, PA. Formed in 2024 by Ron Sowal (vocals,
guitars), the band initially included Ethan Migala and Cliff Sawdy for live
performances. However, Migala and Sawdy later departed, leaving Ron Sowal as
the sole member of the band.
