BLACK SUN is a great melodic power metal band from GREECE. They exist since 1993 and they have 7 releases so far.

A lot of member changes happened to BLACKSUN but the spirit is still the same, they deliver traditional heavy metal and this is their best recording so far!! “Seed of Hate” contains an intro and 8 heavy metal anthems full of melody, power and exceptional solos.

“Seed of Hate” includes 5 guest appearances, each one leaving their mark on each recording. The compositions are nice, having both atmospheric moments (less) and very intense, heavy (as hell!!!) parts.

I should say that the band progressed a lot in their musicianship and sound and you should get this CD and also get to know BLACKSUN through time. The production helps the songs. I just wish for a better mixing.
