BRAVERIDE is a very talented project of Greek guitarist Marios Christakis since 2004. I’ve been following a number of promo CDS of this artist and the progress plus inspiration of this artist are amazing.

This time, on these 5 track advance promo CD, there are Kostas Milonas on drums (one of the best drummers in Greece), Yrr on keys, Kostas Chatzigeorgioy (WOLFCRY) on vocals, Vasillis Liakos (INNOCENCE, BLACK FATE) on bass and Gaby Koss (soprano vocals ex-HAGGARD).

This is a disc as an advanced teaser of a future 10 track CD, that includes 4 songs plus an intro of symphonic power metal with the addition of soprano female vocals in the vein of RHAPSODY OF FIRE, SKYLARK, TIME MACHINE, RIOT, CRIMSON GLORY, SAVATAGE, MANOWAR, WARLORD and many others.

The production so far is ok but it needs a lot of attention in the mixing and mastering as there has to be an equal combination of all these talented musicians and sounds.

So far it sounds like a great and ambitious project; let’s wish luck and hope for a great album release.
