Πολύ φορτωμένο μια φορά.

Τί ακούμε, Gothic, Power Metal, Symphonic Metal, Folk Metal, Anant Garde, Progressive Rock; Πιστεύω εδώ σε αυτό το διπλό κιόλας Magnum Opus, ούτε ο εγκέφαλος της μπάντας Cristopher Johnsson θα ήταν σαφής. Πάντως είναι το πιο δύσκολο απ' τα κλασικά τους άλμπουμ, για μένα το τελευταίο εντελώς κλασικό τους άλμπουμ και ακόμα με δυσκολεύει....η έκταση του σε δύο CD να το ακούσω αυτούσιο. Πάντως μαζί με το σχήμα η φωνή του τεράστιου Mats Leven (Yngwie Malmsteen, Candlemass) δένει άψογα, όπως και ο κύριος Snowy Shaw (ντράμερ παλιά των Kimg Diamond & Mercyful Fate) στα άλλα μισά ντουέτα τόσο μαζί του όσο και με τις σοπράνο που μοιράζονται τα φωνητικά. Στη πλειάδα μουσικών να υπογραμμίσουμε τη συμμετοχή του υψίστου πληκτρά και συνθέτη των κλασικών Uriah Heep Ken Hensley (RIP)!.. Τόσο Magnum Opus! Δεκαπέντε κομμάτια με το ομώνυμο Gothic Kabbalah να παίζει ακόμα στις συναυλίες τους μέχρι πέρσι. Τα The Perennial Sophia, Wisdom and the Cage, Son of the Staves of Time, Tuna 1613, The Wand of Abaris, Three Treasures, Path to Arcady είναι επίσης ωραίες στιγμές απ' αυτό.

What are we hearing? Gothic, Power Metal, Symphonic Metal, Folk Metal, Avant-Garde, Progressive Rock? I believe that even the band leader Cristopher Johnsson wouldn't be clear on this double Magnum Opus. In any case, it's their most difficult of their classic albums; for me, it's their last completely classic album, and it still challenges me....the length of it, across two CDs, makes it difficult to listen to in its entirety. However, the voice of the great Mats Leven (Yngwie Malmsteen, Candlemass) blends perfectly with the band, as does Mr. Snowy Shaw (former drummer for King Diamond & Mercyful Fate) in the other half of the duets, both with him and with the sopranos who share the vocals. Let's highlight the participation of the supreme keyboardist and composer of the classic Uriah Heep, Ken Hensley (RIP)! Such a Magnum Opus! Fifteen tracks, with the eponymous "Gothic Kabbalah" still being played at their concerts until last year. "The Perennial Sophia," "Wisdom and the Cage," "Son of the Staves of Time," "Tuna 1613," "The Wand of Abaris," "Three Treasures," "Path to Arcady" are also great moments from it.
