Electro Charged stormed onto the metal scene in 2021, and their debut album "Reign of Deception" solidifies their presence as a force to be reckoned with. Comprising three talented musicians - Chris DMP on bass, Thanos Karalis on drums, and Michael Sagiannis on vocals and guitars - the band delivers a relentless onslaught of heavy/thrash metal that pays homage to the greats while carving out their own distinct sound.

Drawing inspiration from metal legends like Metallica and Megadeth, with shades of Anthrax, Electro Charged conjures echoes of Metallica's "Black Album" era and Megadeth's "Cryptic Writings," infusing their music with a refreshing blend of aggression and atmosphere. Fans of Morgana Lefay will find themselves pleasantly surprised by the band's evocative melodies and gripping riffs.

"Reign of Deception" features eight electrifying tracks that showcase the band's prowess and creativity. From the fierce opener "Servants & Kings" to the haunting closer "Lethe & Mnemosyne," each song is a testament to Electro Charged's ability to craft compelling music that leaves a lasting impression.

Standout tracks include the adrenaline-fueled "Release the Hounds," the infernal journey of "Into the Pitts of Hell," the relentless assault of "Innocence's Dead," the emotionally charged "Tears of a Cloud," and the epic finale "Lethe & Mnemosyne." These tracks highlight the band's knack for combining powerful riffs with infectious grooves and captivating melodies, keeping listeners hooked from start to finish.

Overall, "Reign of Deception" is a very promising debut album that not only pays homage to its influences but also forges its own unique identity. With its blend of aggression, atmosphere, and memorable songwriting, Electro Charged proves that they are ready to make their mark on the metal scene. Keep an eye on this band…
