Spanish Modern Death Metal outfit MASSALUCA has
unveiled their inaugural album, "Idyllic." The recording, mixing, and
mastering of this release were meticulously handled by Daniel Ramon at his home
studio in Madrid.
Emerging from the depths of the COVID pandemic in
Autumn 2020, MASSALUCA took form in Madrid, Spain, initially as a solo project
led by Daniel Ramón Ambrós. A devoted death metal enthusiast, Daniel draws
inspiration from the genre's classics such as Entombed, Dismember, and
Bloodbath, while also embracing the spirit of contemporary old-school death
metal bands. With a conviction to demonstrate the possibility of crafting a
formidable metal album within a home studio, Massaluca's "Idyllic"
stands as a testament to their passion and musical prowess.
