Ο χάρος τους  βγήκε πρώτη παγανιά!

Οι πέντε νεαροί Φινλανδοί υπό τη διεύθυνση του αδικοχαμένου πρόσφατα, Alexi Laiho ντεπουταρανε με κάτι "κάτι άγριο" τότε. Η σχολή του Goethenburg από τη γειτονική Σουηδία επηρέασε πέραν του δέοντος το στυλ τους. Πολύ μελωδικό death metal με σχεδόν black metal δρακουλιαρικα πλήκτρα, power metal και νεοκλασικά κιθαριστικά περάσματα και την  growly φωνή του Alexi να τρυπάει τη σκοτεινή και γρήγορη αρμονία. In The Shadows, Deadnight Warrior, Red Light In My Eyes pt.1 και pt.2, Lake Bodom, The Nail, Touch Like Angel Of Death, είναι και τα επτά κόμματα του CD που θα λογίζονταν σαν Ε.Ρ. υπό τη λογική των λίγων του αλλά τρομερών κομματιών.

Guided by the late, great Alexi Laiho, these five young Finns burst onto the scene with an electrifying debut that was nothing short of 'wild.' Influenced by Sweden's Gothenburg school, their music seamlessly blended melodic death metal with shades of black metal's haunting keyboard accents, powerful metal riffs, and neoclassical guitar interludes. Alexi's visceral growls punctuated the dark, rapid-fire harmonies.

The album, featuring tracks such as 'In The Shadows,' 'Deadnight Warrior,' 'Red Light In My Eyes pt.1' and 'pt.2,' 'Lake Bodom,' 'The Nail,' and 'Touch Like Angel Of Death,' comprises seven gems that could easily pass for an EP due to the sheer brilliance of these select compositions."
