Their journey began in 2003, and they now mark two decades in the Greek heavy metal scene. They've released two demos, "Warship" (2004) and "Attack" (2006). They also independently launched "The First Wave" in 2006 and "The Second Wave" in 2010. In 2023, they joined forces with Sleaszy Rider Records, unveiling "The Third Wave" on November 3, 2023. This timeline underscores their enduring commitment to the classic heavy metal sound.

Over the years, WARSHIP has honed a distinctive and individualized sound. Influences from various sources, including the NWOBHM, American, and German metal scenes of the '80s, shape their music. Their song structures echo the directness of bands like DIAMOND HEAD and HOLOCAUST, while their melodies draw inspiration from WARLORD and IRON MAIDEN. The galloping sections harken back to RUNNING WILD's prime era, akin to "Under Jolly Roger."
