Κλασική μουσική του 20ου αιώνα έχουν αποκαλέσει τη Heavy Metal κι εδώ ακούω μετά τους Obituary κάτι πιο ήρεμο πάλι 2 αδέλφια, πάλι από τη Florida.... Το 2ο πλήρες άλμπουμ των παιδιών (τότε) από τo Tarpon της Florida μετά το ντεμπούτο τους Sirens και το μίνι άλμπουμ City Beneath The Surface έχει το απόσταγμα των 80's μέσα του. Τα αδέλφια Jon και Criss Oliva - (RIP) σε φωνή και κιθάρες αντίστοιχα παρέα με τον μπασίστα Keith Collins, ο όποιος πηρέ πόδι μετά τον δίσκο αυτόν και βέβαια με τον πολύ κο Steve Wacholz πίσω από την τριπλή μπαταρία των ντραμς του, χτυπούν άγρια. Warriors, Power Of the Night, Fountain of Youth, Washed Out και πάει λέγοντας....

An adored album.

In the realm of 20th-century classical music turned Heavy Metal, I find myself in a mellower soundscape after listening to Obituary. Here, we encounter another dynamic duo hailing from the Sunshine State of Florida... It's the second full-fledged musical offering from these youngsters (back then) of Tarpon, Florida. Following their initial foray with 'Sirens' and the compact masterpiece 'City Beneath The Surface,' this album encapsulates the very spirit of the '80s.

The siblings Jon and Criss Oliva - (RIP), lending their voices and shredding on guitars respectively, accompanied by bassist Keith Collins (who departed post this record), and, of course, the remarkable Steve Wacholz manning the triple drum setup with finesse, unleash a torrent of musical prowess. Tracks like 'Warriors,' 'Power Of the Night,' 'Fountain of Youth,' 'Washed Out,' and many more are testaments to their musical prowess.
